Before we all know it february is over! so lovely Adrianna invited me to do a challenge with her and I can’t say no, this is a great idea to share with you guys so we hope you can join us and enjoy this beginner challenge.
Post your photo of the day on tumblr and tag it with #namarchte You can also tag us (#yogini-dreams, #yogipeach) in your posts too!
In every day of your posts write one thing that you are thankful! It can be something about yourself, someone you love; anything!
Try not to judge yourself harshly in comparison to what others are doing on their mats. This is a challenge for beginners so have fun and keep your sense of humor. Laugh if you fall out of a pose, smile when things get difficult. Enjoy yourself!
If you have some troubles feel free to ask us anything!.

There is no hurry to get into any particular pose. Listen to your own body and respect what it tells you about how to practice.
